Whenever that wording comes up with me, it mean the file, picture, is too big. The picture has to be 200kb or smaller to be uploaded.

I had same problem when I first came aboard...save pics, open them in "Paint" resize them, re-save them, then post. that should work for ya...hope that helps ya.....HH
