I was checking xlt prices on ebay. Just wondering what is difference between spectrum xlt and just xlt??

I believe it is only the decals that are different, one being of newer manufacture than the other.

If I was you, get a DFX. I've had both, should of bought the DFX first. Its a two frequency, while the XLT is one. You can hunt wet sand no problem with DFX, but not with XLT. JMHO

I dont know what your Metal Detecting budget is but there is a BIG difference in price between a used DFX and a used XLT....the DFX is the big daddy of the XLT.

Id say a used XLT could cost you somewhere between 300-450 dollars where as the used DFX can be bought for somewhere between 550.00 to 650.00...
thats with other things included and some are very low mileage...according to the person selling it.
