hello my name is scott and i live in san jose cali. i just got my dfx this week and i am looking for someone or a group i can come out with metal detecting so i can learn how its done. if anyone could help me with this it would be great. i plan on getting involved with a club any sujestions. thank you very much. ps i can only go metal detecting on the weekend sat and sun. but i can go to meeting on the weekdays thank you all for your help. :)

You are in luck! San Jose boasts one of the best MDing clubs around. The Treasure Hunters Society of Santa Clara Valley, and many of the posters here are also members. Check out the club web site for information about the next meeting and location.
